For any business, we are not only selling products, but also, the most important, is to give our customers better solutions for long-term cooperation. As the most important part in the process of the business, customer service is one job that needs all of our colleagues to execute as a team. We have three basic parts as below.

Firstly, How to negotiate the business?

Our professional colleagues are working from HKT 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. As different customers have different working timetable, we arrange some colleagues working in daytime and some others working in nighttime. You can send us emails and call us at any time to negotiate business, and our colleagues will give you reply in 12 hours.

For your required products, we have to confirm specification details, trade terms and your required functions before sending you PI for final confirmation.

After the payment in accordance to the confirmed PI, our colleagues will place your order in our factory for production and keep you informed the process of any steps of the production. As soon as after checking the quality is good and the quantity is correct, our logistic will arrange the best shipment and send you the shipping information.

For large OEM or ODM orders, we can help print your own logo on the products and customize your own style. For any special requirements, our engineers will check and evaluate the design and cost for your reference.

Thirdly, how to continue our long-term business ?

After one deal is closed, we will still check with you about your sales status, customers’ new feedback and the market development etc. We will exchange new ones for the failed products because of our own production defect and shipping problem, and help repair them in reasonable damage scope for free, also try to help get some spare parts for better promotion. For any of your new feedback, we will take into important consideration and check with our company for new products design and new business strategy.
